OPS & DEVOPS
My background is in database design and programming. While performing the duties of my current position, I have never shied away from technical issues and actively participate in development work on IT infrastructure. And it is services in this area that I provide to my clients. Things like vCenter, Nginx, HAProxy, Fortinet or CISCO devices, and above all work automation in the DevOps approach.
Stack of technologies I common with: Python, Groovy, PHP, bash scripts, LAMP, Apache Maven + Spring, Selenium (Selenium hub/Selenoid), Jenkins, GIT, Selenium, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform (HCL2/JSON) , AWS (ec2: iam, ami, security groups, alb, ebs, auto scaling; VPC+SSM etc.), Docker / Docker-Compose.
IT CONSULTING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Many years of experience in the IT industry, and previous trainings in project management (PMI® and Agile - Scrum methodologies) guarantee that projects are carried out on time and within the specified budget. I have experience in this area, both from the executive side and from the recipient side of solutions for projects carried out in accordance with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Among the systems I have implemented, there is the large-scale implementation of the Provys TV Office system in Telewizja Polsat, the participation in the implementation team for the SAP project, and dozens of implementations of the PlanQ work time management system in many companies with global brands present on the Polish market.
I have experience as a Scrum Master and Product Owner in accordance with the Scrum methodology.
MANAGEMENT
In 2007, together with partners, starting from scratch, we founded an IT company that soon became a leader and one of the few companies in Poland specializing in issues related to working time. The company has acquired many very well-known customers. Among them, there were companies such as Unilever, Carlsberg, Costa Coffee, Smyk, home.pl, Sephora, Tchibo, Castorama and many others. We, as managers, had to quickly adapt to market needs, recruit valuable employees and run the company at full capacity. Thanks to this and the subsequent transaction with the Private Equity fund, I gained extensive experience in managing a company at the stage of early and sustainable development, in legal activities related to due diligence, in creating transaction datasheets and finally - in skills related to acquisitions.
IT SECURTY & GDPR (RODO)
In 2015-2020 I also participated in shaping and formalizing Security Policies in a company that processes data, including sensitive data, on a continuous basis.
My role was to prepare documentation, engage in ongoing cooperation with a law firm and to implement security procedures and measures.
As a result, a number of documents were created regarding both the procedures related to data protection itself and issues such as Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Development Methodology, Incident Responses, Backup Policy, Account and Identity Management Policy, Change Management and many others. I was also responsible for handling matters related to the legal aspect of processing personal data entrusted by customers.
